Specialties
Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise for diastasis recti, incontinence, core strength, and improved posture.
Hypermobility requires retraining awareness for your body’s range of motion. This is true for people with Ehlers-Danlos, HSD, or without an acronym.
Laptop Posture as well as Tech Neck, forward-rounded shoulders, kyphosis, lordosis, and other postural issues.
Aging Well by moving the spine in all available directions and increasing muscle mass.
I teach classically-inspired Pilates. Clients say my classes are fun, challenging, and ever-changing. (They also like the weird voices I make.)
Pilates allowed me to rehab and reconnect with my body after injuries incurred between weight lifting and yoga, starting in 2014.
I began student teaching in Denver in 2016, while completing a now-defunct 600+ hour Classical Pilates teacher training program. I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist as of 2024.
I offer several in-person workshops, including: The Pilates Shoulder Connection, Meet the Chair, and Standing Balance for Aging Well. (Contact me about teaching workshops at your studio!)
Having worked under an Occupational Therapist for several years, I am confident working with clients that are pregnant/postpartum, youth athletes, anyone wanting to regain core strength and/or age well.
In my free time, I enjoy reading physical books, attending to my houseplants, and petting stray cats. Most importantly, you should know that I prefer sweet to savory snacks. 😁
